Thunderbird Email Settings

Mozilla’s Thunderbird email program will correctly identify settings for the Corporate Air Center email server.

When adding your account enter your full name as you wish it to appear then your full email address and current CAC domain password in the dialog boxes.

Confirm that the user name shown during setup is your full email address before saving. If only the user name part is shown, select “Manual Setup” and update.

Automatically detected settings that are expected are below.

Domain name: CorporateAirCenter.com
User name: Your full email address
Password: This is your current CAC domain password

SMTP (sending) requires that your email client authenticate before sending

Thunderbird supports adding multiple accounts (Email, Calendar or Contacts)

If adding Google or Microsoft accounts 2FA must be enabled and use SSL/TLS connections with OAuth2 authentication.
For email, the settings below have been tested and known to work with Thunderbird eclipse 140.6.0esr on Windows 11 as of December 2025.
